Slow Flow
Start your morning off with a relaxing and awakening flow to softly open the joints and prepare the body for the day. Class is 30 mins with an option to stay for a 15 min guided meditation and Savasana.
Class is grounded. Recommended props: Mat, Pillow, Blocks.
*A purchased rental or recording will be provided within 24 hour after class ends. Rental access will be available for 2 weeks.
