  • All information is protected by HIPPA and is confidential unless explicitly expressed by the client to be shared.

    By enrolling in programming you agree that you are in good health standing and you waive any and all liability of ShapeShifts Coaching and its members and employees.

    You can reschedule your own online sessions up to 48 hours out via your original booking link. If you need to reschedule after that point, send an email to shapeshiftscoaching.com and someone on the team will assist you. This excludes STL and KC sessions as your usual time will not show as available on our booking site - please email us directly for assistance.

    In person sessions should be re-book with us via email.

    Sessions canceled after 24 hours will be logged and cannot be rescheduled. A new session must be purchased.

    No show/No Contact cannot be rescheduled. A new session must be purchased.

    Travel to you sessions require 48 hours notice to cancel any travel or studio fees, but the session can be moved to google meet same day (if you’re feeling ill or have any covid exposure this is the way to go)

    If you are running late, send an email to let us know. Session will usually still end on time but we can use the time we have available! If no contact has been made by 10 minutes into the session, it will be considered a no show.

    If you don’t see a day or time available that you would like to book a session please email us for alternative availability.

    We will respond to emails as timely as we can. In most cases any action items or plan updates will be completed in the soonest office hour, but generally no later than the upcoming Monday that we are in office.

    We are available for current clients 24/7 via What’s App. You can expect a response to quick questions within 48 business hours, and longer questions in the next office hour session. I sleep with notifications off so you can send messages anytime that works for you!

    We do not offer refunds under any circumstances except cancellation by coach or instructor. Extensions are available on a case by case basis.

    Monthly and A La Carte Clients:

    Forms and metrics are always optional especially if your mental health says no to it.

    I will default to the most recent forms and metrics I have as of the 3rd of each month. Anything sent after that date will default to the next month’s adjustments, or will require a program adjustment fee if you would like it to be utilized in the same month.

    Only form submissions and email correspondence will be utilized. We will not consider text, instagram, facebook, or any other forms of communication as notice or a program submission.
